Tbh the food was fine, but the meals felt way too expensive for the amount you get. Portions were kinda small, so I left feeling like it just wasn’t really worth it.

I reached out to support and never got a reply. I waited, hoping someone would follow up, but no one ever did. Personally, that’s frustrating and it makes me not want to use the service again

This was not as easy as I was hoping. The card made it sound like prep would be quick, but it ended up taking way longer than it said. Kind of frustrating when you plan around the instructions and then you're still stuck prepping forever

We tried One Potato for a few weeks, and the food itself was fine. I liked the convenience, and the order emails and receipts were clear enough, so no complaints there.

The issue for us was the portion size. For a family meal, we kept having to add extra rice, a salad, or some snacks afterward because my kids were still asking for more. Even the adult servings felt a little light.

I really wanted it to work because the idea is great, but for what we were paying, I expected the meals to feel more filling. It might be totally fine for smaller appetites, but it just was not enough for us.

I tried a few of the meals, i don’t think any of them had much flavor. Everything tasted kind of flat, like it needed extra salt or some kind of sauce to make it better. Maybe it’s just my taste, but for the price, I was expecting something a bit more flavorful. I probably won’t order again

I really wanted to like this, but the delivery has been all over the place. A couple boxes didn’t show up when they were supposed to, which makes planning dinner pretty much impossible. Customer support was polite enough, but it kind of felt like they were just trying to smooth things over without actually fixing the bigger issue. For a meal kit, showing up on time is basically the whole deal. Maybe it works better in other areas, but for me it just ended up being more stress than it was worth.

I was really hoping this would be better, but it didn’t quite match what I expected. Some of the veggies were already getting soft, and the herbs looked wilted. The meat was okay, but nothing special. For what it costs, I expected fresher ingredients and better quality overall. I might give it one more shot, but this order was kind of a letdown.
